Landlord rental vacancies are always advertised, the property signed, and promoted to avoid prolonged rental income interruptions. Prospective tenants are always pre-screened: Employment is confirmed, income verified, references are always checked, and credit checks are completed for all prospective tenants with the final approval always provided by the property owner.

With Landlord, tenant communications, tenant problems, leased expirations and renewals, timely or untimely maintenance needs, monitoring of repairs and improvements and attending to reoccurring preventative maintenance chores all become a matter of fact and routinely reported issues about which the owner is always aware, but never required to be personally involved!

Twenty four (24) hour, 365 day, year-round emergency access to Landlord, by either the tenant or the owner, precludes any and all anxiety about the possibility of unattended problems!

Property services, repairs, improvements and up-grades are all backed by an extensive portfolio of Landlord
pre-qualified, responsible, fairly priced insured or bonded trade resources who may attend on site in the event of any unforeseen emergencies.

Expenses associated with a property (i.e.: Mortgages, Taxes, Utilities, Insurance Premiums and Repair Bills) are always handled in a timely fashion by Landlord, thus avoiding penalties and with a mind set of always maintaining excellent relationships with all trades, service suppliers and financial institutions.

Rents are always collected, reported and surplus funds deposited to an owner's account in a timely fashion, with regular, complete, accurate and easy to understand monthly financial statements being issued after the end of each month.
